Courier & Delivery Times

1. Shipping is outsourced through a 3rd party courier service, namely, The Courier Guy.
2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays or weekends.
3. Delivery charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.
4. You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Orders will be shipped the same day (applicable to Monday - Friday only) if payment is received before 11am.
6. Delivery of your order is subject to the transit times per region as specified by The Courier Guy.
7. Under no circumstances shall we, or The Courier Guy, be held liable for any delivery delays or problems that may arise from such delays (rescheduled / cancelled appointments, loss of income etc). Please order products well in advance to ensure that they will arrive in time for scheduled installation appointments.

Guideline of Transit Times per region:

• Gauteng & Major Centres - Delivery in 1 to 2 days
• Regional Areas - Delivery in 2 to 4 days
