Kindly note that this platform services both Trade & Retail customers, therefore, rules & Terms of Service may vary dependent on customer type.

We are unfortunately unable to allow returns & exchanges on hygiene sensitive items for Retail Customers, therefore, all hygiene sensitive items purchased by Retail Customers are deemed as FINAL SALE. A return / exchange will only be facilitated if a product is defective & ALL criteria for eligible return / exchange, as per our Warranty Policy on Manufacturing Defects, has been met.

Returns & exchanges on items that are the wrong shade etc will strictly only be permitted for our registered Trade Customers.

Please note that under no circumstances may our products be resold commercially by anyone other than those who have an approved Trade Account, nor may our products be removed from their original packaging and be re-branded (white labeling) without our explicit consent.
